Our team had a great time at the recent Channel Partners Conference & Expo in Las Vegas introducing our Peerless Portal to the agent community.
If you haven’t heard the news yet, the Peerless Portal allows Peerless’ channel partners to tap into processes and products while maximizing commissions and providing top notch service to their customers.
The portal enables agents to easily provision SIP trunking channels, telephone numbers, local and domestic/international long distance and toll-free services from one system and from their own customer’s premises. The ordering process is much simpler, too. Newly ordered services are added directly back to the agent’s accounts.
When working with the agent community, Peerless is always listening. We work to bring a solution that can drive greater efficiency and results. It’s an exciting time and we’re thrilled to already be receiving positive feedback from the agents regarding the simplification of implementation to real-time traffic stats.
