CHICAGO – October 19, 2021 – Peerless Network, a leading-edge global communications provider since 2008, is pleased to announce that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Call One Inc., a mid-sized telecommunications service provider also headquartered in Chicago.
The agreement was signed on September 6, 2021. Once the company completes the regulatory notice process in several states and the FCC, all of which are expected by early November, Peerless will announce the close of the acquisition.
Call One was founded in 1992 with a mission to simplify access to business communication and collaboration technology. The company offers UCaaS, SD-WAN, Internet/Data, Voice, Continuity Services, and Managed Services to thousands of business customers across the U.S.
