- Peerless SBC Redundancy – for each SIP Trunk you order, Peerless provisions the trunk on multiple geographically-redundant SBCs within its core network. In the event of failure of the primary SBC, calls will automatically route to/from the secondary SBC.
- Failsafe Numbers – can be designated on any Peerless DID provisioned to a SIP or PRI trunk. The Failsafe Number can be any US or Canadian telephone number. Upon loss of connectivity to your SIP or PRI trunks, calls destined to the DID will automatically forward to the number you designate. There is no additional charge for this feature, but regular per-minute usage rates apply.
