Our drive to offer our channel partners with the very best support in the industry led us to develop the Peerless Portal, a platform that enables true self-service for SIP trunking services, resulting in fast installations and real-time provisioning. The platform is a fully-automated online self-provisioning portal for enterprise customers and channel agents to easily purchase and manage SIP trunking channels, telephone numbers, local and domestic/international long distance, toll-free services and call termination for multiple locations from one advanced system. Peerless CallTrue: Leading the industry with protection against unwanted robocalls
Utilizing advanced SHAKEN/STIR technology from Ribbon Communications Inc., Peerless launched Peerless CallTrue to provide enterprises with advanced protection against unwanted robo and nuisance calls. Peerless CallTrue goes beyond the FCC’s mandate to give customers additional technological means to fight robocalls by providing simple recorded messaging that asks callers to enter commands to verify the caller is human. With the elimination of these unwanted calls, Peerless customers’ are able to optimize their customer service and sales representatives’ time, as well as ensure inbound call data is not skewed by spam calls.
Peerless Cloud PBX: Making voice services more affordable with simpler provisioning
Over the summer, the company launched Peerless Cloud PBX, a UCaaS model that affords simplicity for business operations of any size with zero-touch provisioning and easy customization via the Peerless Portal. The new services provide enterprises with the ability to easily manage telephone numbers, services, routing, configuration and inventory over a cloud-based IP network via one system.. In the very latest news, Peerless introduced the much-anticipated Application to Person Enterprise Messaging (A2P) service, which provides end-to-end SMS/MMS one-way and two-way messaging for long-codes and toll-free numbers. Through the addition of the Peerless A2P offering, customers can now meet all of their communication needs directly through Peerless and no longer require A2P messaging services from 3rd party providers. The company is able to support an endless number of use cases such as two-way interactive conversations, marketing campaigns, transactional alerts, One-Time-Password and Multi-Factor-Authentication, Opt-in/Opt-out Management and message broadcasting.

International Expansion: Providing U.K. customers with access to the Peerless Network’s industry-leading service portfolio

Customers in the U.K. can easily purchase U.S. phone numbers and turn up service quickly via the Peerless Portal. Peerless Network then routes those numbers in the U.K. over its own reliable and redundant backbone network in the U.S. with flexible routing choices, all without the expense of additional interconnections. This new service gives U.K. customers autonomy to manage telephone numbers, services and billing with full visibility to real-time stats. Channel Growth: Establishing a Master Agent Agreement with Sandler Partners
In Q3, Peerless announced a Master Agent agreement with Sandler Partners, America’s fastest growing distributor of Connectivity and Cloud Services. The partnership provides more than 7,000 Sandler Partners sales agents with access to Peerless’ extensive and cutting-edge portfolio of high-quality voice products, services and platforms to serve their SMB and enterprise clients. The announcement comes just months after the appointment of Ryan Patterson as Vice President of Channel Sales for Peerless Network with responsibilities that include the further strengthening of the company’s growing national channel program.
