Peerless Network observes the following Holidays:
- New Year's Day (January 1)
- Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (first Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November)
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve (December 24)
- Christmas (December 25)
- New Years Eve (December 31)
Customer Service Record (CSR) Process
Peerless Network does not provide CSRs. Please have your end user provide a bill copy for order validation.
Local Service Request (LSR) Process
Emailed LSRs must contain the current four digit ALT SPID at the beginning of the subject line.
LSRs will not be processed if an ALT SPID is not provided.

Response Intervals
Peerless Network will make every effort to respond to an LSR with a Firm Order Confirmation (FOC) or Reject within two business days.
Requested Due Date (RDD)
The minimum RDD for all LSRs is 5 business days from the submitted date.
Expedites will only be granted for out of service medical facilities.
Subscriptions
Please ensure that subscriptions are built at least 48 business hours prior to your FOC.
Peerless Network does not provide concurrence with the exception of the above stated expedite rules.
Activation Process
Gaining Local Service Providers have 5 business days post FOC to activate a telephone number. Orders not activated within 5 business days will be cancelled.
Peerless Network does not support Coordinated Hot Cuts.
Peerless Network follows all industry guidelines concerning local number portability not specified above.
Peerless reserves the right to make changes to these Business Rules and will make every reasonable effort to post any change at least five business days prior to the effective date of the change on Peerless' website.
